Our cattle have recovered significantly after near epic drought conditions in 2006. We received only 8-10 inches of rain in 2006-a normal year is about 20 inches. This year through May, we have received at least 16 inches already.

The vast majority of our heifers were able to breed in spite of the drought conditions in 2006. The fertility of our cattle is superb, even in drought which is important because it increases your cash flow. We can arrange to pregnancy test on location any heifers purchased, all done by our licensed Texas veterinarian.

The main shipping point for all our commercial cattle is one mile north of Brackettville, Texas.
